Responsibilities:

• Establish, monitor and manage dealer network performance in China;
• Develop new dealers and train sales force of dealers to improve their performance;
• Support product promotional activities, i.e. trade shows / exhibitions, advertisements etc.
• Observe the market and its development, provide market analysis and reports to the Professional Supervisor;
• Preparation of Chinese and/or English language versions of technical documents where needed
• Develop and maintain a smooth relationship with professional associations and advertisement sources
• Develop and implement an operation plan to achieve the targets and successful relationships with customers;
• Management of direct key accounts, agents and distributors. Acquire and maintain effective and successful relationships with customers;

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or similar
• Sales, communication, presentat;ion and negotiation skills;
• At least 3 years working experience in cross-cultural business environment, good basic technical understanding, marketing of machines tools;
• Be familiar with mechanical engineering, preferably machines tools;
• Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing, German skills are preferable;
• Strong team spirit and learning capability.
